Tourism

Issued to people who are going to India for tourism.
Travelers visiting Leh or Ladakh are requested to send their travel plan. The embassy will issue an additional travel authorization for this region.

To obtain your visa, you will need:

1. Original passport, signed and valid for at least 6 months (with at least 2 blank "visa" pages).
2. A copy of the applicant’s passport information page and a copy of an old visa, if it is in the current passport.
3. A visa application form, completed online, printed and signed with black ink only.
4. A declaration form completed and signed by the applicant.
5. A completed and signed declaration form confirming that the applicant has not recently visited a country affected by Ebola virus disease.
6. 2 identical identity photos COLOR conform, 50 mm wide by 50 mm high, on a white background only.
7. A double-sided copy of the applicant's identity card.
8. A copy of the electric or other bill that bears your name and address.
9. The fax message (for non-Belgian residents, or without a Belgian ID card).
10. Completed and signed parental permission is required for students or minors traveling to India.
11. A double entry visa is valid for six months, of which you can stay for three months in India. A double entry visa is intended for travel to India and its neighboring countries. The visa does not allow you to return to Belgium between your two entries..

Business

To obtain your visa, you will need:

1. Original passport, signed and valid for at least 6 months (including at least 2 blank "visa" pages) plus a photocopy of the first page of the passport.
2. A copy of the applicant’s passport information page and a copy of an old visa, if it is in the current passport.
3. Visa application form, completed online, printed and signed with black ink only.
4. A declaration form completed and signed by the applicant.
5. An additional business form duly completed and signed which you will find in the menu forms.
6. A completed and signed declaration form confirming that the applicant has not recently visited a country affected by Ebola virus disease.
7. 2 identical identity photos COLOR conform, 50 mm wide by 50 mm high, on a white background only.
8. An invitation letter from India (possible in scan, in color).
9. Registration Certificate (Indian company)
10. A mission statement from your company. (extract from the Belgian monitor of the company in Belgium)
11. A double-sided copy of the applicant's identity card.
12. A copy of the electricity or other bill bearing your name and address
13. The fax message (for non-Belgian residents, or without a Belgian ID card).
14. The purpose of the Business Meetings trip must be indicated on the application form, invitation and mission letters.
15. Visit card.
