As a Belgian or Luxembourg national, you do not need a visa to go to Mexico, provided that your stay does not exceed a period of 180 days for unpaid activities (tourism, business, studies).
However, the Mexican authorities may ask you to demonstrate that you have the necessary income for the entire duration of your stay, air tickets or travel routes, among others.
Your passport must be valid.
