Details

Basic documents for a visa request :

  1. 2 visa application form dully completed (see doc. PDF below)
  2. 2 recent pictures in color, with a white background (ID size)
  3. International passport valid min. 6 months after the return 
  4. Copy of the resident ID card for non-Belgian citizen 

Additional documents for Business :

  • Official and legalized (by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Khartoum) invitation letter from the company in Sudan
  • Guarantee letter from the Belgian company

Additional documents for tourist : 

  • E-ticket 
  • Bank statement proving the financial means 
  • Letter from the employer, explaining the profession and confirming the exact dates of vacation of the traveler
