Details

European and Brazilian citizens do not need visas for Ukraine.

Basic documents for a visa application : 

  • International passport valid min. 6 months after return
  • 1 application form dully filled             visa application form
  • 2 recent pictures in color, with a white background (ID size) 
  • copy of the resident card
  • flight reservation 
  • Insurance travel, valid in Ukraine written as a letter by the insurance company 

Additional documents for Business visa : 

  • Original and legalized invitation from Ukraine 
  • Guarantee letter from the Belgian company
  • For multiple entries visa 6 months and more : aids test (H.I.V) 

Additional documents for Tourist visa : 

  • Official and original hotel reservation from Ukraine 

Delay : 7 days

Express : in 2 days with additional fees
